Husband and wife team Simon and Jane Newcombe opened The Chandlery in March 2002. This grade two listed building has been totally and sympathetically restored with the aid of the Heritage Lottery and Cadw Funding. The restaurant operates on the two floors and on weekends bustles with a busy restaurant trade. During the week, the first floor can be booked for meetings, conferences, buffets and celebrations (for up to 60 people).
